Our team takes all the measurements, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and cost estimation for all design work we undertake. This is a necessity as there is no such profession as Quantity Surveyor in the region where our projects are located. All the work of quantity surveying and cost estimation is done by architects and engineers from all disciplines. Finally, we have established a team within our company to support the preparation of Bills of Quantities for our projects and to support other companies that simply need help with quantity surveying.

Depending on the location of the work, we can produce the BoQ suitable for our client's use. When international measurement standards are required, we use Standard Methods of Measurement (SMM) and the Principle of International Measurement (POMI).
