Seminars and lectures by external speakers are regularly held in our offices for all our staff and cover a wide range of architectural and engineering interests. During the COVID19 pandemic, meetings were limited to virtual participation.

We also positively encourage all our staff to always improve themselves in their free time and not to be satisfied with what they have achieved and know. They have the capacity to explore the boundaries of knowledge by taking the time to read more technical journals and industry news, get an additional degree, get certified by relevant professional institutions, organize on-site visits to challenging projects and do anything they are interested in that will broaden their depth of knowledge. As Orient Research, we make these possible for our staff.
