Seminars and lectures from external speakers are organised on a regular basis in our offices for all our staff and covering a broad spectrum of architectural and engineering interests. During the COVID19 pandemic, meetings have been limited to virtual participation.
In addition, we positively encourage all our staff to always better themselves in their free time and not to be complacent with what they have achieved and know. They have the capacity to explore the boundaries of knowledge by setting time to further reading of technical journals and news of their industry, do an extra degree, be certified by the relevant professional institutions, arrange for site visits to challenging projects and whatever they have interests in that can broaden their depths of knowledge. As Orient Research we make these possible for our staff.
