Employees of Orient Research are encouraged to become involved in community work; either as individuals, in non-governmental organisations (NGOs) or through the company itself. These include the promotion of education, social, infrastructural, art, engineering and environmental projects. Orient Research believes in fostering understanding between our engineers and the community.

Each year we allocate a proportion of our resources and budget for voluntary services to the community. We help organisations that require our services but do not necessarily have the financial means to afford it. Our efforts are also channelled to projects helping the physically and socially disadvantaged. We are also active in promoting engineering challenges with university students.
